About Us
Originally from New York, I spent many years managing Schaefer’s Bakery in Lynbrook. While I wasn’t the baker behind the scenes, I specialized in finishing, decorating, and displaying cookies, cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats that customers loved.
In 2004, I moved to the metro Atlanta area and quickly discovered that many people missed the classic desserts they grew up enjoying in New York. Knowing exactly what they were looking for, I decided to try my hand at baking those hometown favorites myself. To my surprise, I was pretty good at it!
I began by making beloved New York classics such as Italian Rainbow Cookies, Black and White Cookies, fresh-filled cannoli, and Coconut Macaroons. What started as baking for family and friends soon grew into something much bigger.
Encouraged by their enthusiasm, as well as the support of my husband, I began expanding my menu beyond traditional New York specialties. Today, I offer a growing selection of homemade baked goods, from classic New York favorites to delicious new creations.
Recently, my husband and I relocated to Ohio, where he grew up. Since arriving, I’ve been delighted to find that the local community has really taken a liking to my desserts. Their enthusiasm and support have encouraged me to continue growing and sharing my passion for baking.
I have successfully completed my state home kitchen inspection and am fully licensed to operate from my home kitchen. Looking ahead, I am excited to announce plans for a dessert truck in the near future, bringing my homemade treats directly to customers throughout the area.
My goal is simple: to provide high-quality, homemade desserts that bring people together and create sweet memories. Whether you’re craving Italian Rainbow Cookies, Black and White Cookies, cannoli, Coconut Macaroons, or something new, there’s always something delicious waiting for you.
